I made this card for a dear friend who’s birthday is in July, so the summer theme was quite obvious.

Round wedding easel card

Hi!

I made this round easel card for my brother and sister in law since they were going to a wedding. White papers from Bazzil, design papers from Pion papers. 

Close up on the cute The greeting farm stamp ”Kissy kissy” (sadly retired):

I used Frantage embossing enamel ”aged gold” and ”shabby white” around the image. The details are coloured with Distress markers and I put some Stickles ”diamond” on the dress. 

Inside the card I put the names and date in foam letters and stamped ”To have and to hold” from Lili of the valley as well as ”Heartfelt congratulations” in Swedish from Vilda stamps. ”Amor vincit omnia” (love conquers all) is also from Vilda stamps.

Birthday card with Anya

My latest card features Birthday Anya, one of the first stamps I ever bought from The greeting farm and still one of my favourites! I coloured her with distress markers and fussy cut. 

The papers are from Maja design, Vintage spring collection. 

The die is from Kort og godt.

FFF – Mixed media madness

A card for my mother who turns 65. 

I’ve used distress crayons (picket raspberry, spiced marmalade, mustard seeds, twisted citron, mermaid lagoon, peacock feathers) to create the background, and then some stencils (rays and droplets) with distress ink mini pads (picket raspberry, vintage photo). The image is couloured with distress markers, the same nuances as the crayons.

Birthday card for Granny

My dear Granny (Bestemor in Norwegian) turns 94 (!) and I made her a card. I don’t always make cards for everyone in the family, it depends on if I have time and mojo at the moment. But when we last met she told me that she always looks forward to my cards, ”now that I’ve realised they’re actually hand made!” so this time I couldn’t NOT make her one. 🙂

Since my granny is British and used to live in London (up to WW II when she met my Norwegian granddad and moved with him to Norway) I thought the London line papers would be perfect. I bought them at Blade rubber stamps in London some years ago. 

I die cut the letters in the front using Sizzixx Tim Holtz Alphabetical die. I also used my retro dymo which I got for Christmas by said Granny. She totally understands me!! 

She’s a really cool old lady, 94 years and still going strong, travelling from Norway to Sweden twice a year to meet me and the rest if the family. Two years ago she even went to Czech Republic, to visit the marriage between my brother and his Czech wife. I do wish I’ll get to be as old, bold, kind and intelligent as she is! 🙂

December daily

Jag har bestämt mig för att testa ”December daily” för första gången i år. Har köpt nästan allt i serien Claus & Co från Simple stories och ett minialbum -6*8, dvs 10*15 cm. Det ska bli jättekul!

   
 
 Jag försökte mig på ”Week in the life” i augusti, tog 500 kort på en vecka men har inte ens redigerat o framkallat än… Så dem här gången har jag börjat förbereda albumet och planera fotoideer. Här ovan syns datumsiffrorna med epoxycirklar. 

Disputationskort

Jag gjorde detta kort till en kollegas disputation. Alltid lite svårt att göra till personer man inte känner så väl men jag blev rätt nöjd och han blev glad!

Julkort 3, 2015

Ett julkort i lite annorlunda format, även det gjort på Surtescrappen. Stämpeln är från Tim Holtz Blueprints-serie, pappret Kaisercraft. 

  

Julkort 1 och 2, 2015

För några veckor sen var jag på Surtescrappen, en pysselträff i Surte norr om Göteborg. Nära och bra och jättetrevligt! 

Jag gjorde bland annat två julkort med änglabilder från Lili of the Valley och papper från förra året. Det översta är BoBunny’s serie Candy cane lane, den andra minns jag inte märket.
